Internationaal onderzoek: hoe beïnvloedt het coronavirus uw leven?

De onderzoekers van het COVIDiSTRESS netwerk verzamelen wereldwijd data over de ervaringen, het gedrag en de attitudes van mensen tijdens de pandemie. Daarbij focussen ze op de psychologische stress die wordt ervaren. Het doel is om na te gaan hoe de situatie rond het coronavirus mensen treft over landen, culturen en individuele verschillen heen.

Online training leert kind in coronatijd omgaan met angst - Open Universiteit - Open Universiteit

Voor sommige kinderen brengt deze coronatijd (extra) angst met zich mee, zeker als ze angstig zijn aangelegd. Dit is dan ook een goed moment om aan angstklachten te werken - gewoon thuis, via de computer. De Open Universiteit ontwikkelde een (gratis) laagdrempelige online training voor kinderen van 8 t/m 13 jaar.
